About Innovation AI Lab
Innovation AI Lab is a Berlin-based, fully free AI education platform by LumiLife Tech. We publish daily AI news, hands-on courses, a browser code playground, an AI Time Traveler, and interactive build labs for spaceships, satellites, drones, airplanes and robots — all grounded in open, internationally-licensed knowledge. No account, no paywall, no tracking of your work. We're not just exploring the future — we're creating it.
Our Mission
Empower every learner, teacher, maker and business with AI that is smart, safe, and made for everyone. We turn cutting-edge research and industry practice into free, plain-language material so a curious student in Berlin, a founder in Nairobi and a teacher in São Paulo learn from the same page.
Part of LumiLife Tech
Innovation AI Lab operates under LumiLife Tech, our Berlin-registered parent building a brighter, AI-powered future across education, health, and technology. INO AI LAB is the education & knowledge wing of that ecosystem.

Open, international knowledge — used legally
Our lessons, labs and articles are built on open, freely-licensed sources. We summarise, teach and cite — we do not republish copyrighted material. Where facts come from a specific work, we attribute it.
Where our facts come from
- Wikipedia & Wikimedia Commons — text under CC BY-SA 4.0, media under compatible free licences.
- arXiv preprints in AI, robotics and physics — cited with author + paper ID.
- MIT OpenCourseWare, Stanford CS, OpenLearn — for course structure, under CC BY-NC-SA; we build our own materials, we don't copy theirs.
- NASA, ESA, DLR, JAXA imagery and technical docs — public domain / free-use with credit.
- ROS 2, PX4, ArduPilot, ODrive, Betaflight open-source robotics/aerospace docs — Apache-2.0 / BSD / MIT.
- ISO / IEC / IEEE standards — referenced by number and title only (numbers are facts; specs stay with the publisher).
- Government open-data portals — EU Open Data, data.gov, GOV.UK, bund.de — under their public re-use licences.
How we stay legally clean
- No copyrighted CAD, code or copy is republished. Vendor names (SpaceX, DJI, Boeing, Unitree, DeepMind…) are used editorially, as facts about the industry, under EU trademark fair-use rules.
- Our text is our own. Where we quote, we mark it and link the source. Where we adapt CC BY-SA material, we credit the original and keep the same licence.
- Media is free-licensed or ours. Every photo / illustration is public-domain, Creative Commons, or produced in-house.
- Third-party names & logos remain the property of their owners; we don't imply endorsement.
- DSGVO / GDPR compliant. No behavioural ads, no cross-site trackers, no dark patterns. The Impressum lists the responsible legal entity.
- Takedown-friendly. If you're a rights-holder who spots a problem, one email to Info@lumilife.app gets it reviewed within 7 days.
Editorial standards
News is sourced from primary publications and reputable outlets. Every article names its sources. AI-generated summaries are clearly labelled. Corrections are welcomed and applied in-place with a note.
Privacy first
No account required to read, learn, or use the code playground. We store only what's needed to serve the page. Aggregated, anonymous analytics only. See our Impressum for the responsible entity and full data controller info.

Admins & Organizers
The people and partners who run Innovation AI Lab — editorial, platform operations, and the community events we co-organize in Berlin.

Castantin Said Rakouki
Founder & CEO of LumiLife Tech · Founder & Leader of Innovation AI Lab
Said built Innovation AI Lab as the public learning arm of LumiLife Tech, with a simple belief: the most powerful AI knowledge should be free, hands-on, and available to everyone. He is a speaker in self-development and artificial intelligence, and an AI consultant helping businesses build internal AI solutions. Based in Berlin. Beyond Innovation AI Lab, he is also the founder of La Moda Me and DocMasters — building practical AI into fashion, document intelligence and everyday business workflows. His long-term vision is a future where robotics and AI stand beside humans, not replace them: augmenting creativity, accelerating discovery and handling repetitive work so people can focus on what matters. He believes the next generation of builders will come from everywhere, and that open, hands-on education is how we get there.

Become an organizerWho can become an admin or organizer
Admin and organizer seats at Innovation AI Lab are reserved for founders — people who actually build and run something: a company, a product, a studio, a lab or a community initiative. This is a deliberate rule. The people who shape what we publish and who we put on stage should carry real operator experience, not just opinions.
Founder-only
You founded or co-founded a company, product or community initiative that exists today.
Public & verifiable
A site, repo, product or public track record we can look at and reference.
Open-knowledge first
You agree to our sourcing rules: name your sources, label AI assistance, no paywalls.
Everything else on the platform stays fully open: learning, courses, labs, news and events are free for everyone, with no account required. The founder rule applies only to admin and organizer roles.
Apply as a founderWe're building a community — and a stage
Innovation AI Lab is not a broadcast channel. We're building a place where anyone can suggest a topic, bring a project, or stand up and talk about what they're working on. Learners, students, engineers, founders and curious people all get the same microphone — the only requirement is that you're honest about your sources and generous with what you know.
Suggest a topic
Tell us what you want covered — courses, explainers, labs or news deep-dives.
Take the stage
Give a talk or lightning demo at one of our Berlin sessions or co-hosted meetups.
