NASA & IBM Release Open-Source Lunar AI Model; Anthropic & OpenAI Update Models

NASA and IBM have jointly released an open-source Lunar Foundation Model on Hugging Face and GitHub, trained on lunar imagery for research in mapping and ice estimation. Meanwhile, Anthropic and OpenAI updated their AI models, focusing on efficiency and smaller parameter counts while maintaining high intelligence. TypeSafe also unveiled its Jev AI model, a non-LLM focused on calibrated decisions.
