New York Rolls Out AI Regulations Under RAISE Act

New York is implementing new AI regulations under the Responsible AI Safety and Education (RAISE) Act, signed by Governor Kathy Hochul in December 2025. Starting in November, large AI developers must register with the state and report safety incidents within 72 hours.
