Offloaded inference for real-world physical AI robotics

Microsoft Research is introducing offloaded physical AI inference capabilities within its Physical AI Toolchain, an open-source framework for operationalizing physical intelligence. This approach challenges the reliance on onboard GPUs by allowing inference to be offloaded, addressing power, cost, and weight constraints while enabling more sophisticated AI models.
