UNU and University of Bologna Partner to Advance AI Education, Research, and Policy

The United Nations University (UNU) and the University of Bologna have partnered to establish the UNU Institute for Artificial Intelligence (UNU-AI). Located within Bologna’s Technopole, this institute aims to leverage big data and AI to enhance human welfare, strengthen peace, and protect the planet. The collaboration will foster expertise from both the Global South and North in AI education, research, and policy.
