Sunnyvale-based Lyte AI, a startup developing sensing and perception technology for robots, secured $165 million in Series C funding. Founded by former Apple engineers, Lyte AI focuses on custom silicon, sensors, and AI software for the physical AI sector. This brings their total funding to $272 million, with a $1.6 billion valuation.
